Chemtrail cloud seeding over Virginia Tech reaches a fever pitch as the summer unfolds

I captured massive Chemtrail Cloud Seeding over top of Virginia Tech Campus May 14 2007.  Chemtrails have been on the increase here in Blacksburg Virginia for the past year.  Small chemtrail seeding takes place almost on a daily basis and once a month a massive spraying happens involving 20-30 military aircraft over Montgomery County.

   Chemtrail Cloud Seeding is a chemical sprayed from aircraft that starts as a contrail and expands in to clouds then completely turning the beautiful blue sky in to a silver haze.  Cloud seeding has been a top secret government program for 50 years, multiple whistle blowers have exposed the program over the years forcing the government to disclose in 7th grade science books that the chemtrail program is nothing more then sunscreen to help stop "global warming"  Nothing could be further from the truth.

   Chemtrails usually consist of a mixture of Barium/Silver Iodide and other biological chemicals.  Chemical test prove the existence of barium in the particulate being sprayed over cities.  Barium is a soft silvery metallic alkaline earth metal that is used to magnetize the sky, Barium oxide is used in a coating for the electrodes of fluorescent lamps, which facilitates the release of electrons.  Barium is  also used commercially as a rat poison.  Why is the U.S. government spraying rat poison in the skies?

Recent disclosure about chemtrails from military personal about chemtrails being our anti-missle defense system and to protect us from "Scalar Weapons" that the Russians have. 

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems". Started in 1993 , the project is proposed to last for a period of twenty years.

The project is jointly funded by the United States Air Force, the Navy, and the University of Alaska. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).[citation needed]. Apart from its unusually high power capacity, It is said that the project is similar to numerous existing ionospheric heatersaround the world, and has a large suite of diagnostic instruments that facilitate its use to increase scientific understanding of ionospheric dynamics.  Chemtrail spraying falls under the HAARP program and is being used on a daily basis to spray cities, towns, and farming communities.
 
There have been many adverse reactions to chemtrails, including mental and physical breakdowns.  The mixtures of fiberglass like particles have been linked to Morgellons disease.  Morgellons disease is discribed as:

A communicable nanotechnology invasion of human tissues in the form of self-assembling, self-replicating nanotubes, nanowires, nanoarrays with sensors, and other nano configurations, some carrying genetically-altered and spliced DNA/RNA. These nano machines thrive in extreme alkaline ph conditions and use the body's bio-electric energy and other (unidentified) elements for power. Red and Blue fiberglass like fibers grow in scabs and on the skin of the victims.

Chemtrail cloud seeding from DARPA,  happens in all 50 states and around the world including over top of our soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Chemtrail particulate tests have shown contain biological agents including Anthrax fighting agents, which have been known to cause complete mental breakdown.  This was taken from the Ashville Magazine:

'The government and its scientists claim that the chemicals being tested are harmless to humans. This researcher disagrees.

"Certain illnesses including pneumonia tracked the spraying effort across America but the American people have not been told about the project," the
researcher said. "In fact, government agencies have deliberately lied to the
citizens again and again.

"These aircraft trails appear below 10,000 feet and do not act like ice crystals. Spray from aircraft are observed cutting on and off as you would throw a switch on the aircraft control panel. Grid patterns are painted in the sky with 'X' and circles are also painted."

According to one investigator, the oil in the substance being sprayed is responsible for "rainbow-like" colorations that appear frequently during the formation of the chemtrails. The "X" found in an area being sprayed probably marks the areas for satellite study of the dispersal patterns.

As it turns out, the chemical substance is being tested at the University of Michigan under Baker's direction. Baker, a professor of internal medicine, serves as director of the Center for Biologic Nanotechnology at the university's medical school, which is effective at countering flu viruses and anthrax spores.

The substance, called BCTP, is a milky-white emulsion of tiny lipid drop lets suspended in solvent developed by Wright, chief research scientist at Novavax. Wright is also president of Novavax Biologics Division. Novavax is a bio pharmaceuticals company.

BCTP is made of water, soybean oil, Triton X 100 detergent and the solvent tri-n-butyl phosphate. BCTP envelops the viruses and spores, causing them to explode and thus destroying them upon contact.

Sources believe BCTP is being used as a countermeasure against anthrax, deadly influenza and other potential biological killers. If, for example, the government instituted a full-scale anthrax vaccination program, the public would panic, a researcher noted. This is particularly true in the wake of a mandatory anthrax vaccination program instituted by the military, he said.

Many critics are convinced the military is using an unsafe vaccine. "I believe the government is undertaking experiments with BCTP, a means of countering an anthrax or other biological attack without anyone being at war," another researcher said. "It is, I think, a case of 'what they don't know
won't hurt them-it may help them.'

"But the point is, you don't experiment on the public without their knowledge and consent, or at least that is the way it's supposed to be,... in a democracy" he added.'

On May 14 2007 I shot 2 videos of a portion of the massive chemtrail spraying in Blacksburg, Virginia overtop of the Campus of Virginia Tech.  The the spraying went on all day and into the night.  I video taped the seeding one block from the drill field.  Why is DARPA spraying rat poison mixtures over Blacksburg?

Above is a live action video I shot. Two chemtrails on the left in the x pattern had just been laid and I ran to get my camera by the time I got back the trails had expanded in to clouds.  You can clearly see the next X pattern being sprayed by large white military aircraft.  What is interesting is a large "seeder" is not spraying but leading the way for the big "seeder" behind him, who follows his flight pattern exactly.  I filmed filmed for a few minutes before I went in to get a tripod.

By the time I got my tripod in place the original two trails were out of view and the two new trails that were just filmed had expanded into clouds and set the stage for the cross hatching to come.  Watch the time-lapse as multiple seeders add to the thick silver haze.  Notice normal jet aircraft on typical flight patterns fly by and do NOT leave a chemtrail.
